About

Cosecha Caribe is a beginning farm in Puerto Rico. We grow agroecologically and craft Caribbean-inspired artisanal food products.

Our vision is to provide our community with quality local produce and specialty items, while nourishing the soil and our environment. In doing so, we seek to contribute to the resurgence of the grassroots sustainable food movement in Puerto Rico. We currently specialize in raw, fermented foods that are alive with beneficial bacteria to support healthy digestive and immune systems.
